Trustworthy, Professional, Caring and Loving team. This is my third time trekking with them and will continue to use them in the future. Our guide (Hari) is fun, extremely well-versed in terms of the mountain, plants (Poisonous plants which we should not touch to edible peppers and berries), animals, people and cultures. His knowledge make the trip interesting and enjoyable which I have definitely benefited from. I was extremely well taken care of and felt safe at all time as, Hari will 1) Help me in difficult terrain by holding my hands 2) Remind me to keep warm and wear a hat/beanie to protect my head 3) Constantly ask how I feel as I have previous history of altitude sickness in the mountain Being able to hike in the Everest Region for 24 days and to heights greater than 5,000m is a FANTASTIC experience thanks to Hari (the Guide), Prakash and Mamar. Also, thank you Ashok (the Boss) for your quick and patient reply to all my questions.
After two years of contacting Destinations Unlimited, i was finally able to take my trip. From the time I arrived in Nepal to the time I departed. Ashok and his team catered to everything I could ever need and more. Detailed information about what, where, and when things would happen. I needed some last minute items, no problem! The guide and porter supplied were not only top professional people, they have become life long friends. They took care of everything. Making sure my experience was nothing but the best and I say EPIP! We laughed, we cried(because of gorgeous views and overwhelming joy); and we danced the trek dance up and down! I could not be more pleased.
